Reservation policy
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE (5) FOR DINNER SERVICE. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All guests must be present for parties to be seated. We have a 15 minute grace period to honor your reservation. After 15 minutes, your reservation is no longer guaranteed. Tables for 2-4 people have a limit of 90 minutes and tables for 5 and more people have 2 hours. In order to honor your time (whether it is 90 minutes or 2 hours) ordering appetizers and main courses at the same time is recommended.
DRESS CODE: We strive to elevate the guest experience at Andaaz, and the atmosphere is just as important to us as the food and service. For this reason, we strictly adhere to Smart Casual/Business Casual Attire, to be worn by all our guests (no casual clothing, joggers, sweats, athletic wear, etc.) This is mandatory for guests of all ages.
